As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. Your duties include assisting with daily living, providing companionship, supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with each resident.

To succeed in this position you should have experience caring for older people, a can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm‑hearted approach. You must be able to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
