Job Description
As an M3 EU Data Product Manager you will delight clients by developing innovative, market‑leading digital data products. You will represent the pharmaceutical industry, evangelise products internally and externally, and influence and collaborate with teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead new data product development projects and support continuous improvement.
- Act as the “Voice of the Customer” for client and internal reporting needs; understand clients, market, competition, and compliance.
- Gather and analyse user data to define product specifications and validate that new features meet client needs.
- Write concise requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria that convey the vision.
- Initiate and foster strong relationships with stakeholders and internal clients; prioritise and communicate the backlog based on strategy and objectives.
- Support the development and UAT phases of projects as required.
- Demo, communicate, and evangelise new product features internally and externally.
- Reflect on outputs and outcomes to suggest improvements for the overall product vision and strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Product Management, preferably with B2B and B2C experience.
- In‑depth understanding of Waterfall and Agile lifecycles in a commercial/production environment.
- Commercial acumen with proven experience launching profitable data products; track record of defining and implementing features.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ability to leverage data for business insights; SQL skills desirable.
- Data‑driven mindset and critical thinking skills to continuously improve approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management, oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Passion for improving user lives and empathy for user needs.
- Desirable: experience in medical media/communications and knowledge of the pharma industry and doctors’ needs.
