Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring all pre-set operational procedures are seamlessly implemented store wide.
- Continuously improve and forward‑plan, despite the business already being a favoured shopping destination.
- Contribute to the strategy of how to accomplish all agreed trading goals – implement needed in‑store reactivity to maximise achievement of all agreed store KPIs (sales or customer service related).
- Coach, train and manage the sales floor team to achieve best outcomes.
- Enforce in‑store standards for colleagues and merchandise, ensuring promotion of products matches supplier or group expectations.
- Analyse all trading indices to identify opportunities and areas of future store focus that can produce trading dividends.
- Ensure after‑sales is a continuous focus, guiding the team to adopt these standards as default.
Requirements
- Demonstrated broad experience of retail supervisory responsibility.
- Experience in luxury goods retailing – jewellery & watches is advantageous but not essential.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office, the Bransom software suite and till systems.
- Creative thinker able to propose solutions and ideas that propel business growth.
- Ambitious, adheres to best corporate practice and exhibits a positive, inspiring persona.
