About the role
Porsche Centre Leicester has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant and Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary maternity contract. As a Sytner Accounts Assistant you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad‑hoc duties where required.
As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad‑hoc duties. You will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers promptly.
This is a Monday to Friday position, 8.30am-5.30pm.
About You
Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month‑end reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is essential.
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.
