Care Assistant

Location: Mold and surrounding areas.

Contract type: Care Delivery.

Salary: £13.50 – £16.88 per hour.

Shift pattern: Evenings 3-4 times a week with alternate weekends (availability to be discussed).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Support medication management, prescriptions, and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable and friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
