The Person
- Proven experience in a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, or senior hotel operations role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams across multiple departments
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision‑making abilities
- Passion for Excellent Customer Service
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
The Role
- Recruit, train and manage the Front Office, Porterage, Reservations and Housekeeping departments
- Lead and support department heads to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor occupancy levels, room availability, and support the hotel’s commercial performance through upselling opportunities
- Manage departments budgets and drive operational efficiencies
- Uphold and enforce health & safety, fire safety, and cleanliness standards across all rooms and public areas
