Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Social Worker for its client’s Learning Disability team in Richmond upon Thames. Our client’s Adult Social Services team is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Social Worker to provide leadership within the Learning Disability Adult Social Care Team. The team consists of Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, and Social Care Assessors who work collaboratively across the borough. Their focus is to deliver a holistic, personalised, and strength‑based service to residents aged 18 and over.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role you must have,

Candidates must have post‑qualification experience along with a good knowledge of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults. You must have good communication, decision‑making and time‑management skills.

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post‑qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
