It focuses on tailored treatment plans and safeguarding, with responsibilities to investigateand address safety concerns and promote the rights of all service users and families. The Social Worker is part of a Multi‑disciplinary Team, emphasizing prevention, early intervention, resilience, self‑care, and dependency reduction.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and leadership in Safeguarding.
- Investigate, evaluate and learn from allegations to improve safety, dignity and compassion.
- Support assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans.
- Work as part of a Multi‑disciplinary Team focusing on prevention, early intervention, building resilience and self‑care, reducing and delaying dependency.
Work Details
Part‑time basis, 19 hours per week, with flexibility available. The hospital consists of nine wards, caring for up to 112 patients with a broad range of diagnoses including PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disability, mental illness, and personality disorder.
Benefits
Salary range pro rata: £32,734 – £41,463.
