As a Hosting Operations Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the casino. This multifaceted role combines operational efficiency with exceptional guest hosting.
You’ll ensure gaming activities run smoothly, compliance standards are met, and your team delivers high-quality service. You’ll also take a proactive approach to customer interaction, problem-solving, and creating an inviting, entertaining environment.
This position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences. Your ultimate goal is to maintain an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back – driving our mission to excite and entertain.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Have previous casino management experience, an excellent knowledge of all UK gaming activities and proven success in achieving sales and yield targets.
- Hold a current PML Licence.
- Have a proven track record and ability to lead a team of people and communicate the standards and targets for a successful casino.
- Be people focused with a passion for delivering first class customer experiences.
- Be able to demonstrate the company values and correct behaviours that will support driving our mission to be the most loved Casinos in the UK.
- Have proven experience conducting/recording EDD and RG conversations with customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
