We’re working with a growing digital performance agency looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-led Client Director to oversee a portfolio of established clients across performance marketing and digital strategy.
They’re very open to an experienced Account Director who’s ready for that next step — someone who’s already leading senior conversations, spotting growth opportunities and wants broader commercial ownership.
You’ll be the trusted partner for clients, helping them make sense of performance, shape smart digital plans and turn marketing activity into meaningful business impact. You’ll also work closely with specialists across paid media, search, data and digital activation, while supporting and developing a small client services team.
A lovely one for someone who enjoys the balance of strategic client leadership, commercial thinking and enough hands‑on digital knowledge to ask the right questions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading senior client relationships across a portfolio of retained accounts
- Driving strategic planning, growth conversations and performance reviews
- Translating marketing performance into clear commercial outcomes
- Collaborating with specialist teams across paid, organic and digital channels
- Supporting forecasting, commercial planning and account profitability
- Managing and mentoring junior client services team members
- Supporting pitches, proposals and wider agency growth initiatives
- Spotting opportunities to grow client partnerships and expand services
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Experience & Skills
- Strong agency-side client leadership experience
- A background in performance marketing and digital media
- Confidence managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Commercial awareness, including forecasting and scoping
- Experience leading strategic conversations with senior clients
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
