About the Role

Recruit A Driver are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Flatbed Driver to join a reputable client based in Leeds. This is a clean, steady driving role involving flatbed multi-drop deliveries. The role includes securing loads using ratchets and straps, with no handball required.

Duties Include:

• Driving Class 2 flatbed vehicles
• Multi-drop deliveries (approx. 10 drops per day)
• Securing loads using ratchets and straps
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Ensuring loads are delivered safely and on time
• Completing delivery paperwork and following transport procedures

Requirements:

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence (held for at least 12 months)
• Minimum 6 months recent Class 2 / flatbed driving experience
• Valid Digital Tachograph card and Driver CPC
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Confident securing loads with ratchets and straps
