Fleet Co-Ordinator (Days Rotational)

Grade: RCS O Shift Premium will apply

Salary: £31,573.62

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pmContract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)Location: Widnes WA8 0PG

We’re now looking for a Fleet Controller to play a central role in keeping everything moving and on track, every day.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Coordinating vehicle availability, servicing, and maintenance schedules
• Managing vehicle defects, breakdowns, and repairs to minimise downtime
• Maintaining accurate fleet records and ensuring audit readiness
• Liaising with repairers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve vehicle issues
• Monitoring fleet compliance, costs, and performance across the operation

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience working in a transport or fleet office environment.
• Knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance scheduling, or transport administration would be advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
