Join Our Team as a Victim Liaison Officer!
As a Victim Liaison Officer, you will be part of a dedicated team working to reduce harm, promote safety, and contribute to positive long‑term change for individuals and families. You’ll support the safety and wellbeing of partners and ex‑partners of individuals attending the Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme across North Yorkshire and the City of York, ensuring those affected by domestic abuse feel heard, informed, and supported throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Support the safety and wellbeing of partners and ex‑partners of individuals attending the Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme.
- Ensure individuals affected by domestic abuse feel heard, informed, and supported throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Commitment to supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse.
- Experience liaising with social workers and other professionals from a range of statutory and voluntary organisations.
- A valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
