Programme Delivery Manager (Transformation Consulting)

We are supporting a global change and transformation consultancy as they grow their Program Management practice in London. This team helps clients move from strategy into practical delivery, supporting complex transformation programmes across digital, technology, business change and operating model environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading complex transformation and programme delivery engagements
• Owning client relationships and building trust with senior stakeholders
• Managing delivery across digital transformation, change and technology-enabled programmes
• Structuring ambiguous client problems into clear plans, workstreams and outcomes
• Managing teams, workstreams, governance, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery roadmaps
• Producing high-quality client-facing presentations, recommendations and written deliverables
• Supporting business development, proposals, account growth and sales strategy
• Helping shape internal capability, thought leadership and practice growth

We’d like to see

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in consulting, advisory or professional services
• Strong programme or project management expertise
• Experience delivering digital transformation, business transformation or change management work
• A track record of leading complex consulting engagements
• Experience managing teams and driving business outcomes
• Strong senior stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate clearly with executive audiences
• Exposure to business development, proposals, RFPs or account growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow a developing practice
