About the role

We are looking for a Boutique Manager to join our new boutique in Canary Wharf, opening in September 2026. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and managing a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors. The position is full‑time, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week.

  • Uphold the brand’s prestige and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Share knowledge and passion about Creed fragrances with customers and team.
  • Drive sales achievements and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards.
  • Lead, motivate and train a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and streamline administrative processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic insights to enhance business performance.
  • Maintain transparent communication with superiors; provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.
  • Identify and capitalize on promotional opportunities to maximize brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales and management, especially within luxury fragrance or beauty sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and effective team‑management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury products, with a focus on fragrances.
  • Highly organised, team player with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with retail industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Eager to learn, share knowledge and exhibit a proactive, flexible approach.
  • Excellent time‑management, organisational and prioritisation skills.

Reporting directly to the Sales & Education Manager.

Location: Canary Wharf boutique.
