Senior Project Manager – Structures + Groundwork in London

Project Manager / Project Director – RC Frame & Groundwork Packages, London & Essex Projects

Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 + Benefits (PAYE or Self‑Employed).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from programme development to budget management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Organise, plan and execute multi‑million‑pound groundwork and RC frame works.
• Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience from site engineer to project manager.
• Strong background in concrete frame construction with experience at competitor subcontractors.
• Experience only with concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors – not solely main contract or development background.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, standard email functions.
• Experience using Asta Power Project for planning and scheduling.
