Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an experienced Damp & Mould Repairs Supervisor to oversee the effective delivery of remediation works across our social housing portfolio. This role is responsible for managing operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, and that residents receive a safe, compliant, and customer-focused service.
They will supervise and coordinate damp and mould inspection, diagnosis, and remediation works and will manage a team of operatives and specialist subcontractors across multiple sites. They will carry out pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money and will identify root causes of damp and mould (e.g. condensation, rising damp, leaks, structural defects) and ensure appropriate remedial actions.
