A Typical Day May Involve

  • Lead and manage end-to-end stock control processes, ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient goods receipt/despatch, and minimal stock discrepancies across all warehouse systems.
  • Oversee and optimise warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP), ensuring data integrity, real-time reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of stock visibility and operational performance.
  • Drive compliance, efficiency, and process improvement through robust stock audits, KPI reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams.

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Strong experience in stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse data, produce reports, and maintain system integrity.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently.
