My client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their in-house Legal team, working closely with the senior leadership within a growing international technology business.
The role will involve providing legal support across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, with a particular focus on SaaS, B2B commercial contracts, technology agreements and strategic business initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking for a varied, business-facing role with global exposure.

Your Profile:
- England & Wales Qualified
- 5-8 PQE
- In-house tech experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing and B2B commercial agreements
- Pragmatic, commercially focused approach
