In This Pivotal Role, You Will

  • Assess and ensure the effectiveness of educational safeguarding practices and procedures.
  • Verify that providers deliver the promised curriculum and support pupils in achieving recognised qualifications.
  • Offer guidance to providers facing challenges and, when necessary, raise serious concerns to the Local Authority and Ofsted.
  • Collect and analyse data to prepare reports that inform decision‑making and policy development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices in education and safeguarding.

To Thrive In This Role, You Should Possess

  • A relevant degree level qualification in education or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience working in education.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, evaluation and analysis.
  • Experience interpreting and applying legislation within a regulatory environment.
