EMEA Security Systems Project Support Engineer

Full-time

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Project Support Engineer to support the delivery of advanced physical security solutions and connected device services for a global client environment.

In this role, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy – taking ownership of delivery outcomes while supporting projects end-to-end across design, implementation and ongoing service. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability, attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement are key.

What you will do

  • Supporting the delivery of electronic security systems in line with client standards (Microsoft-aligned)
  • Providing hands‑on technical support across:
    • System design and configuration
    • Programming and evaluation
    • Commissioning and verification
    • Managing on-site vendor delivery
  • Ensuring all systems meet required compliance, performance and quality standards
  • Driving continuous improvement in service delivery through:
    • After-action reviews
    • Data analysis and reporting insights
    • Vendor and audit assessments
    • Lessons learned and corrective actions
  • Contributing to the evolution of technical standards and documentation by working closely with regional leadership and global shared services teams.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering capacity of installing, servicing, commissioning, technical support role, managing the deployment of standalone and integrated physical electronic security systems
  • Thorough understanding of IT principles and practices
  • Good understanding of enterprise security in a business environment.
  • Solid understanding of security operations, design, and system integration.
  • A good understanding of security systems Analog and IP CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion – intimate knowledge of Lenel, Milestone and Galaxy are desirable but the ability to learn these systems is critical (there is no expectation for deep technical breadth).
  • Lenel Certified to a minimum of professional level, expert level would be preferable.
  • Subject matter expert in physical security.
  • Must be I.T literate and proficient.
  • An understanding of IT principles and practices
  • Experience of AutoCAD LT for creation and manipulation of 2D security layout designs is desirable.
  • Must be proficient and familiar in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of local code/regulation/legislation knowledge for EMEA is desirable.
