Interim Finance Manager (Finance Business Partner)

Finance Manager | 9-Month FTC | London | Start in 2-4 weeks

We’re working exclusively with one of the UK’s most iconic media brand on a 9-month FTC.

This is a business-critical hire sitting at the heart of their commercial finance function.

This isn’t a back-office reporting role. You’ll be partnering directly with senior commercial stakeholders, building financial models for major partnership deals, and driving real change across planning and forecasting processes. The kind of role where your work lands on exec desks and influences decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and stress-test financial models for new and existing commercial deals
• Lead cost forecasting and headcount planning for the business pillar
• Translate complex commercial assumptions into clear, exec-ready analysis
• Challenge stakeholders and influence outcomes at a senior level
• Drive process improvements across reporting and planning cycles

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• 3+ years in an FP&A or commercial finance role
• Strong Excel modelling skills – comfortable with complexity
• Confident challenging senior stakeholders and working in ambiguity
• Media or broadcasting experience a plus, but not essential
