Consultant – Strategy & Innovation

We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Strategy & Innovation practice. You’ll work on high-impact projects across industries, helping clients navigate complex strategic challenges and develop innovative solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work with senior executives at leading organisations, tackle intellectually stimulating problems, and make a real difference in how businesses operate and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Lead workstreams within client engagements, managing junior team members and deliverables
• Conduct rigorous analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods
• Develop strategic recommendations grounded in data and business insight
• Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Contribute to practice development and thought leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions
• Track record of working effectively in team environments
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
