Location: BridgwaterHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pmStarting Salary: £27,500 per year, rising to £30,000.Bonus: Uncapped personal and business performance bonusesOTE: £45,000 – £55,000Job Type: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Company vehicle available during working hours for client visitsDriver Hire Bridgwater & Taunton is looking for a confident, people-focused Business Development Executive to support the continued growth of our Bridgwater site and help expand our client base across Bridgwater, Taunton and the wider Somerset region.The role will be based from our main Bridgwater office, so applicants must live within a commutable distance of Bridgwater. A key part of the role will involve visiting local businesses face-to-face, building relationships with decision-makers and introducing Driver Hire as a trusted recruitment partner.This is a role for someone who enjoys getting out, meeting local businesses, asking the right questions and winning new clients through a professional, consultative approach.This is not a basic sales role or a purely desk-based position.
