Specialists own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for technology domains, providing business and technical expertise to help customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners. As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will lead the architectural vision for solutions that span multiple domains across enterprise customer planning and decisioning teams for Amazon Connect Decisions adoption. You will design and deliver entire programs of customer solutions, create new patterns and methodologies that become industry standards, and simplify complex problems into elegant solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer, work with AWS product teams, and lead the creation of thought‑leadership content.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise‑wide agentic AI architectures and frameworks that span multiple domains
- Collaborate with C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders to shape both technical and business strategies
- Design and validate reference architectures that become industry standards for applying AI in business process optimization
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, leading large organizational or multi‑country initiatives
- Mentor and develop other Solutions Architects, contributing to the growth of technical excellence across AWS

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a specific technology domain (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
- Experience working with end‑user or developer communities
