About the Role
We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager with a focus on strategic and customer‑focused business development and customer relationship management. The role bridges the gap between market needs and product strategy for our Pharma Solutions Team. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, translating customer insights into product improvements, fostering long‑term partnerships with key accounts, and focusing on value creation, market development, and strategic relationship management aligned with our product roadmap.
Role Responsibilities
Market & Business Development (Product‑Led)
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments aligned with the product strategy
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop business cases and growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management
- Support go‑to‑market strategies and product launches
- Contribute to pricing, positioning, and value proposition development
- Identify strategic partnerships that enhance product adoption and ecosystem growth
Customer Relationship & Strategic Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Act as the interface between customers and the product team
- Deeply understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements, including AI‑powered solutions
- Conduct regular business and performance reviews with strategic accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities such as new use cases, additional solutions, and upselling aligned with product value
- Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention metrics

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of the latest AI developments
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel as required for the role (approximately 15% annually)
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders across the globe
Salary and Benefits
US Annualised Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000. This role is eligible for an annual performance‑related bonus plan.
