Hours

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4 pm

Salary

£48,000 – £52,000 per annum (full‑time).

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Head of Healthcare in all aspects of the role.
• Hold a clinical qualification (NMC or HCPC) and provide clinical leadership to the healthcare department.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational service delivery and data with integrity and timely reporting to meet commissioner expectations.
• Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence‑based care, and continuous quality improvement to embed a culture of shared learning.
• Deliver non‑judgemental, compassionate care within a safe, high‑quality financial framework in line with CQC requirements.

Qualifications, skills and experience required

• Clinical qualification and valid registration.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience working in CQC or equivalent registered services such as HMIP.
• Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations.
• Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of clinical governance.
