Community Adolescent Senior Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join our T4 Day service pilot project at Wareham Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to individuals experiencing eating disorders and other mental health difficulties.
• Undertake delegated clinical duties involving direct and indirect care to patients under minimal supervision.
• Support recovery and promote wellbeing within community settings in partnership with service users, families and carers.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate with a range of professionals.
• Engage in personal development planning and targeted training to work more autonomously.
