Community Reentry Peer Support Worker

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated Peer Support Worker to help individuals transition from prison back into the community. This role based at Carlisle Police Station (Durranhill) involves building trusting relationships with those in the Enhanced Reconnect service, helping them identify and meet their needs.
