Purpose of the role
Responsible for the smooth running of our banqueting events. Directing the team to deliver the requirements specified by the event organiser to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.
As a Banqueting Floor Manager, you will be based in our stunning Pall Mall clubhouse and deliver a consistent and professional conference or banqueting experience that is memorable and leaves members and their guests feeling highly satisfied. Offering a luxurious environment Pall Mall is home to a variety of high‑profile events including conferences, committee events, private parties and weddings. We average over 40,000 covers a year in banqueting alone.
Responsibilities
- Oversee banqueting events from start to finish
- Brief and direct staff, ensure event runs according to the specific requirements set out by the event organiser
- Liaise with the kitchen team to coordinate exquisite food service
- Champion excellence, delivering a five‑star experience to every member and guest
About you
- Previous experience in a luxury banqueting environment, working to tight deadlines
- Experience managing and motivating front‑of‑house teams
- A natural flair for five‑star hospitality and attention to detail
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experience at all times
- Clear, confident communication and a collaborative mindset
