Plant & Equipment Data Performance Analyst V.I.E Contract – Colas

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plant and equipment data to identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to provide real‑time insights to Plant & Transport Managers.
• Integrate telematics and ERP (SAP) data streams, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with Workshop and Operational teams to implement digital tools and streamline maintenance workflows.
• Support the Data & Digital Innovation Manager in deploying new analytics solutions and training end‑users.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience creating interactive Power BI reports and visualizations.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP modules related to asset management and maintenance.
• Familiarity with telematics systems and asset performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
