Care & Support Worker Level 2 – Children’s Safe Accommodation

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Level 2 – Care and Support worker for its Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Aberaeron. This role involves working both day and night shifts to support children, ensuring a safe, child-centred approach to care. You will be part of a dedicated team including a Registered Manager and Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in children’s residential care and be committed to their professional development. Fluency in Welsh is desired, but applications from non-Welsh speakers are encouraged.
