Engineering Manager
£55,000 + 33 days holiday + training + progression.
Keighley (commutable from Bradford, Halifax, Leeds, Skipton, Burnley, Colne, Shipley, Bingley).
Are you experienced in leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment and looking for a hands‑on management role where you can drive maintenance performance, develop engineers, and influence site improvements?
This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturer where you’ll lead a small engineering team, drive maintenance performance, and play a key role in continuous improvement across the site.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day engineering activities, support planned and reactive maintenance, develop the engineering team, and help improve equipment reliability and site performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5 engineers
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Hands‑on engineering leadership role
- Monday to Friday workdays
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, engineering, or industrial background
- Experience leading engineering or maintenance teams
- Hands‑on engineering knowledge
- Looking for a leadership role within a growing manufacturing business
