Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

The business is part of a well-established faade & building-envelope group with nearly 50 years’ heritage and employing in the region of 50-60 staff in this division alone, and with turnover more than £25 million and ambition to scale significantly.
This is a superb opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team delivering vital remediation and recladding schemes across London. You will play a pivotal role in a company with a clear vision, strong culture and ambition to lead the market, earning genuine responsibility, progression and exposure within major large-scale projects.
