Support Worker – Sponsorship Transfer

Careful Care Ltd, a family‑run domiciliary care service, is looking for experienced support workers in Neath or Port Talbot to transfer or renew their UK sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday tasks such as dressing, mobility and personal hygiene.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to improve client wellbeing.
• Keep accurate records of care and personal hygiene.
• Encourage self‑reliance and wellness.
• Prepare and share meals according to nutritional requirements.
• Administer medication in accordance with prescribed schedules.
• Perform minimal housekeeping duties.
• Lift and move clients safely when required.

Qualifications

• Skilled worker visa holder currently in the UK.
• Experience providing care in the UK.
• Valid UK driver’s licence (own car required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, competent and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work alternate weekends and shift times 07:00–14:00 or 15:30–20:00.
