Location: Manchester & North West

Salary: Up to £41,000 + Overtime + Company Van & Fuel Card

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities management company covering commercial office buildings across Manchester and the North West.

The Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and emergency breakdowns
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Electrical testing and compliance checks
• General building services maintenance
• Completing maintenance reports using paper and digital systems

You’ll be working on a variety of commercial building services equipment, including:

• AHUs (Air Handling Units)
• FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
• Pumps & Motors
• Lighting & Power
• Distribution Boards

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience within commercial maintenance or facilities management
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Testing & Inspection experience is advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence
