The Role As a Nursery Third N in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, N engaging environment. You will:
- Support the N nursery leadership team byleading through positive role N modelling and maintaining high standards.
- Guide and N develop staff through coaching, supervision and team N collaboration.
- Build strong N partnerships with parents and carers through effective N communication and support.
- Help maintain N staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the N nursery.
About You You’re N compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference N every day. Essential:
- Level 3 N childcare qualification
- Confident N written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Experience in an N Early Years setting
- Knowledge of N EYFS and safeguarding bestpractices
