Salary: £13.47 – £13.90 per hour (Plus 10% unsocial hours plussage)
Hours per week: 30, 24 & 27 hours
Availability: available on a rota basis between 7am to 10pm 365 days a year, with flexibility, adaptability, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel: This role involves travel for customer visits. You will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, unless other suitable transport or a reasonable adjustment is agreed.

Our Reablement Support Workers provide vital assistance to individuals in their homes post hospital discharge. They play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their goals, working closely with dedicated occupational therapists to co‑develop personalised reablement plans.
