We are recruiting Specialist Care Assistants to provide one-to-one support for adults with complex healthcare needs in their own homes across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Unlike traditional domiciliary care, this role allows you to focus on a single client throughout your shift, providing consistent, high-quality support while building meaningful relationships.

Whether you’re experienced in care or looking for a new career, we’ll provide all the training and clinical support you need to succeed.

Your Role

  • Deliver personalised care and support tailored to the client’s needs
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
  • Support clients with complex healthcare needs, including spinal injuries and respiratory care
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
  • Follow individual care plans and clinical guidance
  • Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks

Desirable

  • Previous experience in care, support work, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Health and Social Care qualification
