Support Worker
Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Shifts: Day/Night shifts available
About The Client
Our client is a young adult, a man with challenging behaviours, currently living at home.
Clinical Requirements
- Specialist expertise in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour and hyper fixation
Shifts Available
- Day shifts – (2:1)
- Night shifts – (2:1)
What The Role Involves
- Delivering compassionate 2:1 care in the client’s home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

- Experience supporting people with challenging behaviours
- Strong communication and reliability
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values
- Ability to work independently and professionally
