1:1 Autism Support Assistant – Make a Real Difference

GSL Education – Chelmsford is seeking a passionate 1:1 Autism Support Assistant in Romford to provide dedicated support to a child with autism. This full-time, long-term position starts immediately and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a child’s academic and social development.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with children with additional needs, demonstrate a calm and patient approach, and possess strong communication skills. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure the child’s individual needs are met.
