About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and data‑driven experienced Coordinator to join our Maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in planning and scheduling work, producing performance reports, and using data to drive operational improvements.
As Electrical Testing Coordinator, you will develop and manage inspection schedules for our extensive nationwide portfolio of sites, ensuring internal and external teams deliver against compliance targets, while creating and maintaining performance reports and dashboards to provide clear insights on PIT activity.
You will monitor KPIs, identify trends, and highlight risks and improvement opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimise delivery and resource planning.
You will maintain accurate PIT and PUWER registers, ensuring strong data integrity and audit readiness, and analyse and interpret operational data to support performance improvement decisions.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate legislative changes into actionable plans and provide guidance and support to colleagues on processes, compliance, and best practice.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines technical awareness with strong organisational and analytical skills. If you have proven experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or scheduling/planning roles, we would love to hear from you.
You can interpret data, turn it into clear, actionable insight, and are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
You are confident using reporting systems such as Power BI, Excel, and have good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and support operational teams.
