Working in our stores

A fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Home Delivery Driver you’ll play a key role in delivering customers’ orders to their doorsteps.

Eligibility

  • Must be over 18 and hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points.
  • Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
  • Complete an online driving risk assessment and, if successful, a driving assessment upon joining.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a 3.5‑tonne van to deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps on time and in good condition.
  • Check that the van is organised, clean, roadworthy and that delivery cases are secure before leaving.
  • Serve customers brilliantly, handling questions, substitutions and keeping them informed of any delays.
  • Build product, service and promotion knowledge to provide useful recommendations.
  • Assist in‑store duties when not on delivery routes.
