Role Overview
Chef de partie required for a Great standard Restaurant & Hotel in the Cotswolds, with live in available if required. The kitchen uses fresh food and maintains high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Run one of the sections in the kitchen, ensuring your section is ready for service; prep your fridge and cook in service to a good Rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience & Skills
Good knife skills, experience working with fresh food, from a Rosette background.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £40k (basic £37k + service tips)
- Live in: £300 per month, incl. bills
