OVERVIEW

Join a Legal 500 Central London firm with a strong reputation for advising privately funded clients on complex family law matters, including high-value financial settlements and relationship breakdown issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters from inception to conclusion
• Advising clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, high-net-worth settlements, and asset division
• Handling cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Conducting negotiations and representing clients throughout proceedings where required
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client care
• Developing referral networks with financial advisers, accountants, and other professional contacts
• Contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in Private Family Law
• Extensive experience managing privately funded family law matters
• Strong expertise in divorce and financial remedy cases
• Proven experience handling complex and high-value financial settlements
• Excellent client care, advocacy, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proactive approach to business development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Resolution membership or Family Law Accreditation desirable
