TIG Welder

TIG Welder required paying up to £16 p/h – Temporary position – Gloucester based, GL2 area – ASAP start.

Our client is a successful manufacturing business that has been providing innovative and cutting edge solutions for their clients for almost 30 years.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding on aluminium components making sure the weld is strong and visually appealing
• working from engineering drawings
• preparing aluminium materials ready for welding
• carry out inspection on final production making adjustments as required

Qualifications / Experience

• proven aluminium, steel and stainless steel welding experience
• familiarity with different aluminium alloys and the specific welding requirements
• excellent attention to detail and quality control experience
