Overview
The role of Assistant Back of House Manager will be a key position within our food & beverage operation, supporting the Back of House Manager in the smooth running of the kitchen and back of house operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Back of House Manager with daily kitchen operations.
- Collate all cutlery and crockery stock takes and highlight any breakages or concerns.
- Support training and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
- Identify training needs and requirements in F&B back of house, alongside the Back of House Manager.
- Co‑ordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Compile health and safety audits in Excel.
About You
- Current Back of House supervisory or management experience within a large multi‑food and beverage operation.
- Ability to proactively prioritise needs and manage time effectively.
- Working knowledge of the hotel to assist internal & external clients.
- Up‑to‑date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
- Health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
