Job Title: Wraparound Breakfast and After School Club Activity Leader

Location: Wood Close, Windsor, SL4 3LL

Hours: 17 hours per week

Schedule:

• After School: 3‑6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 2.15‑6 pm Wednesday
• Breakfast Club: 7.30‑8.30 am Thursdays (additional ADHOC hours available)
• Term time (option to work 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

Job Type: Part‑time

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality activities for children during breakfast and after‑school programs.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
• Create safe and engaging environments for all children within the wraparound setting.
• Encourage children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empower children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills while making a difference in child development.

Qualifications

• Team player
• Experience in childcare (desired but not essential, on‑the‑job training available).
• Enjoys working with children
• A good role model
