The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Probation Services Officer (PSO) based in Herefordshire, Shropshire, and Telford. In this full-time role, you will support offenders on probation by managing risk and facilitating their successful reintegration into the community.
You will manage a caseload, produce case reports, and provide practical advice on various support services. Empathy, patience, and resilience are key qualities for this role, and experience with diverse backgrounds is highly valued.
The starting salary is £28,064 with progression within the Civil Service pay structure.
