Your day-to-day will involve:Budgeting: Preparing and reporting on project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.Contract Management: Negotiating variations and change orders under NEC and FIDIC frameworks.Procurement: Overseeing subcontracting from tender through to final accounts.Leadership: Mentoring junior staff and fostering a high-performing commercial culture.Collaboration: Liaising with engineers and planners to ensure total project alignment.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and Chartered status (RICS/CIOB).Substantial experience in heavy industry, power, or major civil engineering projects.Deep knowledge of NEC 3/4, FIDIC, and/or JCT contracts.A valid driving licence and your own vehicleStrong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholders.If you would like to be a part of history please apply today!
